These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 977bt ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). These Terms apply to all users who access or use 977bt's website, mobile site, games, promotional offers, and any associated services available at 977bt.ws. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 977bt, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

Any winnings accrued by an underage user will be voided and forfeited.

• Accurate Registration Information

  You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 977bt account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your name. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance, including deposits and winnings.

• One Account Per Person

  Each individual person may hold only one registered account on 977bt. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If 977bt identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered account may be closed and any associated balances may be voided.

2. Account Management and Security

• Account Credentials

  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 977bt username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in with your credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 977bt immediately by emailing [email protected].

• KYC Verification

  977bt may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal request. KYC may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

• Account Closure

  You may request to close your 977bt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any genuine balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses. 977bt also reserves the right to close or restrict any account found to be in breach of these Terms without prior notice.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 977bt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 977bt supports multiple payment methods approved for use in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• Minimum Deposit

  A minimum deposit amount applies per transaction. The current minimum is displayed on the deposit screen within your account. Deposits are credited to your 977bt balance promptly upon successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other approved method).

• Withdrawal Processing

  Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. 977bt aims to process most withdrawal requests within 30 minutes, though processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required. You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name.

• Dormant Accounts

  An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 977bt reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable law. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting [email protected].

4. Bonuses and Promotions

977bt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements

  All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the individual promotion page before you accept any bonus. By claiming a bonus, you agree to meet the stated rollover before requesting a withdrawal of funds attributable to that bonus.

• Bonus Abuse

  Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated systems to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies solely to clear wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. 977bt reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings and to close the account of any player found to be abusing promotional terms.

• Bonus Expiry

  Bonuses and free spins are subject to expiry periods. Any bonus credit or free spins not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account. 977bt is not obliged to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 977bt and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Money Laundering

  Using 977bt for any fraudulent purpose, including using stolen payment credentials, engaging in money laundering, or attempting to process proceeds of criminal activity through the platform is strictly prohibited. 977bt complies with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.

• Automated Betting Systems

  The use of bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software tool designed to place bets or interact with 977bt games without direct human action is strictly prohibited. 977bt employs detection systems to identify automated activity. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be forfeited.

• Collusion and Match Fixing

  Any form of collusion between players, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game through inside information, coordination with other players, or any other means, is strictly prohibited. 977bt cooperates with sports integrity bodies and will report any credible evidence of match fixing to the relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability

All content available on 977bt — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of 977bt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on 977bt without express written permission. Any unauthorised use of 977bt's intellectual property may result in legal action.

977bt provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 977bt disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 977bt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In no event shall 977bt's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law and Amendments

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 977bt's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, either party may pursue resolution through applicable legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits 977bt's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

977bt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon posting to this page. Where the amendment materially affects your rights, 977bt will endeavour to provide notice via email or an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
